- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work with agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across integrated systems.
