Location: Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida |Role: ASM – DST Channel (Home Loans) | Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Salary Up to: 7 LPA

What you'll do:

✅ Drive home loan sales through DST channel partners

✅ Manage & mentor a team of Relationship Managers (RMs)

✅ Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors & agents

✅ Track performance, share market insights & drive business growth

Who we're looking for:

- 5+ years' experience in Home Loans / Financial Services / Sales Channel Management

- DST or distribution channel background preferred

- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)

- Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
