Maintenance Head

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, diagnose, and rectify mechanical issues and machine malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components for efficient problem resolution.
- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
- Must have practical knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and HMC machine maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain Power Factor, Generator, EB readings, and RO Water systems.
- Ensure machine-wise daily maintenance checklists are properly updated by operators.
- Support Preventive Maintenance activities based on Daily Checklists, Production Memos, and self-identification of abnormalities.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and avoid production stoppages related to maintenance.
- Maintain ISO 9001 QMS-related maintenance documents and records.

Qualifications & Experience





- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical is preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial machine maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and HMC machine maintenance is required.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and identify abnormalities independently.

Physical Requirements

- Comfortable working in various industrial/environmental conditions.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
