Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and result-oriented Nursing Tutors with an MSc Nursing qualification to join our faculty. You will play a key role in preparing students for competitive nursing exams by delivering high-impact lectures, mentoring, and providing up-to-date test strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver subject-specific lectures aligned with MSc/BSc Nursing syllabi and exam patterns.
- Prepare and explain MCQs and detailed notes for various competitive exams.
- Evaluate students' academic performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Develop lesson plans,



question banks, and teaching aids.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and patterns in competitive nursing exams.
- Create a motivational and focused classroom workplace.
- Support students with doubt-solving sessions and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

- MSc Nursing in any specialty ( Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Mental Health, etc.)
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Previous teaching/coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
