Summary

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates for our hypermarket team at LuLu Mall Kochi. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist with product selection and enquiries
- Maintain attractive product displays and keep shelves fully stocked
- Ensure the sales area is clean and properly organised
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate them when required
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages
- Inform customers about current offers and promotions

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Higher Secondary or above




- Positive communication and customer-service skills
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers may apply
