Position: Junior Legal, Compliance & Accounts Executive
Experience: 1-3 years

We are looking for a Junior Legal, Compliance & Accounts Executive with practical experience working under a CA, CA firm, lawyer, or legal/compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research and understand applicable laws/regulations.
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, NDAs, MoUs, notices, and legal documents.
- Assist with corporate and statutory compliances.
- Review agreements and identify basic legal/commercial risks.
- Handle basic accounts and accounting-related work.
- Assist with invoices, bills,



reconciliations, and maintaining financial records.
- Maintain legal, compliance, and accounts documentation.
- Coordinate with CAs, lawyers, consultants, and internal teams.

Requirements

- LL.B. / B.Com / CA Inter / relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working under a CA or in a CA firm is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of legal drafting, agreements, compliance, and basic accounting.
- Ability to independently prepare basic legal documents and agreements.
- Positive Excel/MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate: A junior professional who can handle legal drafting + compliance + basic accounts and work closely with a CA/senior professional.
