Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and extroverted Social Media Specialist with expertise in Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creative storytelling, a strategic mindset for keyword research, and the ability to grow social media engagement through effective content and hashtag strategies. Experience with SEO is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, images, videos, reels) tailored to each platform.
- Perform keyword research and use hashtags strategically to boost engagement and reach.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies for better results.
- Run Google AdWords and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve social media efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community building.




- Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.
- Assist with SEO initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Expertise in Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and social media management.
- Strong content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video editing).
- Proficiency in keyword research and SEO best practices.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, outgoing, and proactive with a passion for digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Bonus Skills:

- SEO experience.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
