Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.

Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and explain company products/services.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and recent clients.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and other platforms.

Coordinate with the internal team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Prepare sales reports and maintain customer/lead databases.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Support digital marketing activities such as social media promotions, lead generation, and basic SEO.

Requirements





2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing or a similar role.

Positive communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
