About Us: Venus Enterprise is a quick-growing, precision manufacturing company committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality. We are upgrading our Quality Management Systems and are looking for a strict, detail-oriented Visual QC Supervisor to lead our final inspection and packing department.

Note: This role involves managing and guiding a dedicated team of visual inspection operators.

The Role: You will act as the final gatekeeper for Venus Enterprise. Your primary responsibility is to supervise the visual inspection team, ensuring that operators are correctly identifying defects and that absolutely zero rejected or rework items ever reach our customers' packing boxes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Supervision: Manage, train, and monitor a team of operators on the visual inspection department.
- Defect Prevention:



Double-check components before final packing to ensure no visual defects (scratches, dents, finish issues) are passed.
- Sorting & Segregation: Ensure operators strictly follow the color-coded bin system (Pass, Reject, Rework) and that mixed parts never occur.
- Process Discipline: Maintain strict 5S and discipline on the inspection tables.
- Reporting: Track daily rejection rates and report operator performance to the Quality Head.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate operators.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing defects.
