About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage the procurement function. The role requires a combination of technical commercial expertise, procurement and sourcing strategy, supplier development, negotiation and vendor relationship management, with a focus on ensuring timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.

The Procurement Manager will work closely with the Plant Head, HODs and Supply Chain functions to align procurement with project requirements, business priorities and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with project requirements, cost, quality and timelines.
- Manage sourcing of aluminium, glass, façade materials, accessories and other project-related materials.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers and alternate sources.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and strategic partners.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, quality and commercial conditions.
- Evaluate quotations and conduct techno-commercial comparisons before finalising suppliers.
- Work closely with Design, Sales Engineering, Projects, Production, Stores and Finance to ensure timely procurement.
- Plan procurement in advance based on project schedules and material requirements.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments, delivery schedules and material availability.




- Monitor market trends, material prices and supplier capacity.
- Ensure appropriate procurement processes, documentation and controls.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement and value creation.

What We Are Looking For

- Engineering degree/diploma preferred, particularly Mechanical, Civil, Production, Industrial or related disciplines, with strong techno-commercial experience.
- Candidates from non-engineering backgrounds or with a Master's degree may also be considered, provided they have techno-commercial expertise
- 12–18 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in façade, engineering, construction, infrastructure or manufacturing.
- Good understanding of technical specifications, drawings, BOQ/BOM and material requirements.
- Strong sourcing and supplier-development capability.
- Solid negotiation skills and commercial judgement.
- Ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals and make sound procurement decisions.
- Strong vendor relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and manage project priorities.
- Should have experience in handling a team

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
