Specific Responsibilities:

 Training/orientation of programme team on MIS

 Daily Telephonic calls to placed youths for MIS validation

 Excel Data entry of findings from validation calls

 Quantitative Weekly analysis of validation calls and sharing of report

 Maintaining data quality of MIS

 Monthly visits to livelihood centers for data Validation and report writing

Reporting to: Impact Manager

Staff Reporting: None

Desired Competencies:

 Understanding of MIS and basic computer Skills

 Basic knowledge of Excel analysis and Word

 Good communication skills

 Ability to multi task and manage people and time

 Ability to ask the right questions to get the required responses

 Eye for Details and validation

 Excellent team worker





 Can-do attitude and willingness to use own initiative to solve ground level problems

 Well organised working style with good time management skills

 Willingness to work evenings and weekends occasionally as required by programme

Qualification and Experience (essential unless otherwise stated):

 Minimum requirement is Graduation

 Experience of data entry and data analysis

 Experience of maintaining MIS

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
