Position Summary:-

The person in the role of Cluster Manager is responsible for supervising, leading, and driving all aspects of our store operations for a defined set of stores in the assigned cluster resulting into all stores achieving superior customer service goals. Key focus of this person is to ensure that store teams in his cluster are fully aligned and efficient in terms of implementing all set processes leading to their delivering superior customer delight with higher customer savings.

The person must possess strong process and market orientation with excellent leadership skills to act as a perfect supervisor, coach and a mentor to the store staff - keeping in mind our vision of making a positive impact to the lives of all our customers. A person with Pharmacy knowledge and its related practices will be preferred.
