- Manage daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and coordinate with the service team.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team members.
- Monitor service quality, food presentation, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Bar teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and minimizing wastage.
Pay: ₹12,589.78 - ₹31,055.73 per month
