Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Process: International Technical Support

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Week Off: Rotational weekends

Transport: One-way cab / travel allowance

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle technical queries for an international customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills along with hands-on knowledge of web technologies and basic server/API troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle technical support queries through voice and other communication channels.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.

* Provide support related to websites, APIs, servers and web-based applications.

* Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.





* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support / Technical Customer Support.

* Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.

* Working knowledge of:

* HTML & CSS

* Web Development concepts

* APIs

* Servers & basic server troubleshooting

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

* Comfortable working in an international process and rotational shifts.

* Customer-focused approach with valuable problem-solving skills.
