Paid acquisition

- Google Search, Performance Max (where permitted) and YouTube campaigns across psychiatry, therapy, child and adolescent, de-addiction and assessment service lines
- Meta campaigns — awareness and lead generation, structured around the sensitive-category restrictions rather than fighting them
- Full-funnel budget ownership: monthly planning, pacing, in-flight reallocation across service lines and geographies
- Bid strategy, negative keyword hygiene, placement exclusions, and search term review on a fixed cadence
- Campaign structure that separates the three distinct demand pools: local Kochi walk-in, Kerala-wide online consultation, and Gulf/NRI patients seeking consultations for family in Kerala or for themselves

Conversion and landing experience

- Landing page briefs, wireframes and copy direction for the Content and Design Associate to execute
- A/B testing programme on headlines, form length, CTA placement, and consult-mode selection (in-person vs online)




- Reducing friction between ad click → inquiry → booked appointment, working with the Patient Coordinators to understand where inquiries stall
- Ensuring every paid landing page carries correct practitioner credentials, RCI/NMC registration details where applicable, and compliant claim language

Measurement and attribution

- GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Events Manager, and server-side tagging setup and maintenance
- Building attribution that works when you cannot pass patient-level data to ad platforms — offline conversion import using hashed, consented identifiers only, with no condition or service-line detail crossing the API boundary
- Owning the paid marketing dashboard: spend, CPL, cost per booked consult, cost per completed consult, no-show rate by channel, and blended CAC by service line
