We are looking for a Software Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing software support, assisting clients with their queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth usage of the software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to clients through calls, WhatsApp, remote assistance, or visits whenever required.
- Understand and troubleshoot software-related issues reported by clients.
- Assist clients in using different software features and modules.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for issues requiring further investigation or resolution.
- Follow up with clients to ensure reported issues are resolved properly.
- Provide guidance and training to clients whenever required.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with clients.
- Travel to other states and client locations for support and training as required.
- Maintain proper records of client issues and support provided.
Job Requirements
- Monday to Saturday working.
- 2 leaves per month are allowed.
- Willingness to travel to other states as required.
- Positive communication and basic computer knowledge.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers can also apply; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Candidates with experience in software support, technical support, customer support, or client handling will be preferred.
