Job Role:

- Lead & Coach the Sales Team: Spend time on the field with your sales reps. Train them on how to pitch products, handle tough store owners, and close bigger orders.
- Drive Daily Discipline & Morale: Keep the team motivated and accountable. Review their daily shop visit plans, track their order counts, and quickly step in to help reps who are missing their targets.
- Resolve Conflicts & Build Trust: Handle internal team issues smoothly, keep turnover low, and maintain positive, long-term business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and superstore owners.
- Use Data to Guide the Team: Check sales spreadsheets and mobile sales app reports daily. Spot which reps or areas are doing well, where stock is stuck, and direct your team where to focus next.
- Ensure Store-Level Execution: Make sure your reps place our products prominently on shelves, secure good display space, and execute trade discounts properly.

Requirements

People Leadership

Proven track record of managing, motivating,



and growing a team of field sales reps. High patience, solid coaching ability, and fair team management.

Experience

4 to 8 years in FMCG / packaged goods sales. Background in the food category is a strong plus.

Education

Graduate degree in any field.

Communication & Soft Skills

Excellent listener, clear speaker, confident negotiator, and presentable when meeting key business partners.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Practical knowledge of MS Excel (tracking numbers, sorting data, simple formulas) and daily sales tracking software.

Market Readiness

Willingness to spend most of the working week in the market alongside the team.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
