Associate Professor – Pharmacy Faculty

Job Summary:
The Associate Professor will be responsible for delivering quality teaching, mentoring students, guiding research activities, supporting junior faculty, and contributing to the academic and administrative development of the Pharmacy Department.

CTC :- Negotiable

Experience :- 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, tutorials, seminars, and other academic activities.
- Prepare and update lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Guide and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in academic and research activities.
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, research work, and internships as applicable.
- Conduct and contribute to research activities, publications, conferences, and academic projects.
- Participate in curriculum development, examinations, evaluation, and academic planning.
- Mentor and provide academic support to Assistant Professors and junior faculty members.
- Participate in departmental committees, accreditation activities, inspections, and institutional initiatives.
- Maintain academic records, student performance reports, and departmental documentation.
- Support industry interaction,



internships, placement activities, and professional development programmes.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, FDPs, and other academic events.
- Ensure compliance with applicable PCI, UGC, university, and institutional norms.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department/College Management.

Required Qualification & Experience

- M.Pharm / Pharm.D / relevant Pharmacy qualification from a recognized institution, as applicable to the position and subject.
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy / relevant discipline, as required under applicable PCI/UGC/university norms.
- Relevant teaching/academic experience as prescribed by applicable regulatory and university requirements.
- Experience in guiding UG/PG projects, dissertations, or research work is preferred.
- Knowledge of PCI/UGC regulations, academic administration, and accreditation requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, research, and classroom-management skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
