We are looking for a Front desk sales executive to handle customer inquiries, explain Pilates programs, and convert leads into memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.
- Explain Pilates packages, pricing, and advantages.
- Convert leads into memberships and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Manage appointments and bookings.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Assist with offers and promotional activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Fitness, gym, wellness, or salon experience is preferred.
