Job Description

Mumbai Exp (3-6). Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering with relevant years of experience in Front End & Detailed Design in the hydrocarbon industry. Candidates must be experts in process simulation and must have knowledge of software like HYSYS, etc. Experience in Design & Engineering of refinery, petrochemical, gas processing plants and LNG cryogenic units, will be an advantage.

1. Proper and timely execution of projects in process department

2. Support to other disciplines in execution of projects

3. Proficiency in preparation, review of ITB documents, bid queries and clarifications.

4.



Ability to communicate effectively with other disciplines for proper co-ordination during project cycle.

5. Expertise in carrying out various process engineering activities such as:

- Developing Heat and Material Balance for Batch, Semi Batch & Continuous Chemical Plant
- Hydraulic calculations including Pump and compressor circuits
- Relief Load Estimation, PSV Sizing, Inlet and Outlet Line Sizing
- Flare Header sizing using Aspen Flare System Analyzer, Flare Load Summary
- Steady State Simulation
- P&ID; development, preparation of Cause and Effect Diagram
- Vessel Sizing, Equipment and Instrument Datasheet Preparation
- Heat Exchanger Design, Rating and Simulation using HTRI
- Depressuring Studies
- Vendor document / offer review for Package Items.
