Job Description

- End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- Teaching faculty recruitment
- Non-teaching & administrative staff recruitment
- Candidate sourcing, screening & shortlisting
- Job posting through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & other portals
- Interview scheduling & coordination with Management / HODs
- Candidate follow-up & salary negotiation
- Offer, joining & onboarding coordination
- Recruitment MIS & daily recruitment reports
- Maintain candidate database & recruitment tracker
- Manage bulk hiring and multiple vacancies
- Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-ins & campus hiring

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration / Management
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- 5-7 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience




- Experience in School / College / Educational Institutions preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Positive knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & other job portals
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Robust candidate-handling and negotiation skills
- Good MS Excel & MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies

Preferred Candidate

Candidates currently working or having previous experience in the Education Sector, especially School / College recruitment, will be highly preferred.
