Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Shift: Night Shift – US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM)

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Personal Laptop – Mandatory

Stable Internet Connection – 100 Mbps

Quiet & Professional Workspace – Mandatory

Power Backup – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Find recent clients through LinkedIn, emails & calls

Communicate with US-based vendors and clients

Understand client job requirements

Coordinate requirements with the recruitment team

Assist in sending suitable candidates to clients

Follow up for interviews and feedback

Maintain daily work reports

Work towards business targets

What We're Looking For

Good English communication skills





Basic knowledge of MS Office & LinkedIn

Interest in Sales & Business Development

Willingness to work in US night shifts

Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Freshers are welcome
