Job Summary

We are a leading hand tool manufacturing company and wrench specialist looking for a motivated B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Fresher to join our Engineering/Production team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, machine operations, production planning, quality, tooling, and process improvement related to spanners and wrenches.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in production and manufacturing process activities.
- Understand and monitor manufacturing processes for hand tools.
- Support production planning, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room,



and Maintenance teams.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining engineering and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Learn and support CNC/VMC, forging, machining, and other manufacturing processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve productivity and reduce rejection.

Skills: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical drawings, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, MS Excel, problem-solving, and valuable communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
