About the Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is equally comfortable creating static designs and video content.

The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, a good understanding of branding and social media content, and hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

This is a hands-on creative role where you will be responsible for taking ideas from concept to final execution across social media, digital campaigns, reels, videos, and other brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and create high-quality static designs for social media posts, carousels, banners, digital campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing requirements.
- Edit and produce engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, visual effects, and typography-based videos using Adobe After Effects.
- Edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, including cutting, sequencing, transitions, sound, colour correction, and basic visual effects.
- Develop creative concepts based on briefs, brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colour, layout, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Work closely with the creative, content, strategy, and marketing teams to develop effective visual communication.
- Adapt creative content into different formats and specifications required for various digital and social media platforms.
- Use AI tools where relevant for creative ideation, visual development, image generation,



and improving production efficiency.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Understand feedback, make revisions efficiently, and ensure final creatives meet quality expectations.
- Stay updated with current trends in graphic design, social media, video editing, motion graphics, and digital content.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static graphic design and video work.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Hands-on experience creating social media creatives and reels.
- Good understanding of motion graphics and animation.
- Ability to independently take a creative brief from concept to final execution.
- Robust attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience using AI creative tools is an advantage.

You should be able to create a strong static campaign creative in the morning and turn a concept into an engaging reel or video when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
