Position:- Sales Representative

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

Education: 10th Pass to Above any

Vacancy Locations: Vadodara, Padra/Jambusar, Dabhoi, Kalol/Halol, Sukhsar,

Vapi/Valsad/Silvassa

Salary: Up to Rs.25,000 CTC per month + Incentive

Roles & Responsibilities :---

1. Achieve a minimum average of 40 calls per beat as per the assigned sales route and

plan.

2. Maintain a minimum productive call ratio of 40% and ensure effective conversion of

calls into productive business opportunities.

3. Prepare, submit, and follow the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) on a monthly basis

with a minimum of 90% accuracy and adherence.

4. Coordinate effectively with distributors for stock management, order collection,

dispatches, and regular coverage of both new and existing beats.

5.



Identify and stay updated on potential distributors and recent retailers to support

business growth and expansion. Maintain strong and professional relationships with

retailers.

6. Ensure regular market coverage and retailer visits to increase product availability,

visibility, and sales.

7. Follow all company systems, processes, policies, and procedures and comply with

the rules and guidelines established by the Organization.
