About the Role

We're looking for a Videographer to own everything behind the camera — reels, product videos, testimonials, brand films and ad creatives. This is a pure shooting role. You'll handle framing, lighting, audio and on-set direction, and hand over clean, well-organised footage to our editing team. If you're the person who gets the shot right in-camera, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute video shoots — product shoots, reels, testimonials, brand films and ad creatives

- Set up and operate camera, lighting and audio equipment

- Handle framing, composition, camera movement and exposure on set

- Direct talent and give clear on-set instructions during shoots

- Shoot with the final format in mind — 9:16 reels, 1:1 feed videos, 16:9 landscape

- Capture enough coverage and B-roll so the editing team has what they need

- Hand over labelled, organised footage with clear shot notes after every shoot

- Maintain, care for and keep track of studio equipment

- Coordinate with the creative and performance marketing team on shoot briefs and shot lists





- Travel for local client and outdoor shoots as needed

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on videography experience

- Strong command of DSLR/mirrorless cameras — exposure, focus, lenses and settings

- Solid understanding of lighting setups, both studio and natural light

- Comfortable handling audio recording — lav mics, shotgun mics, monitoring levels

- Good eye for framing and composition

- Understanding of what short-form content needs — hooks, angles, pacing

- Reliable, punctual and able to manage a shoot day independently

- A portfolio or showreel is mandatory. Applications without work samples will not be considered.

Good to Have

- Own camera gear (camera, lenses, gimbal, lights). We have basic equipment in-house — if you bring your own kit, it's genuinely appreciated.

- Photography skills

- Experience shooting ad creatives for Meta or Google campaigns

- Gimbal and drone operation

- Own two-wheeler for local shoots
