Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, automation, integrations, and platform administration. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal modules while supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
- Build and support REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations.
- Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies, widgets, and scoped applications.
- Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery, code reviews, testing, and deployments.
- Support platform upgrades, governance, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and ITAM.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Jelly, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, JSON, and AngularJS.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, Email, and MID Server integrations.




- Robust understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
- Additional ServiceNow certifications preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Generative AI, OpenAI, Azure AI, and Microsoft Copilot integrations.
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
