Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and good computer knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and explain products/services.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Update data using MS Excel, MS Word, Email, CRM, and other computer applications.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and sales reports.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or sales.
- Good computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email and Internet.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales-closing abilities.
- English and Hindi communication preferred; Marathi is an advantage.
