We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Management Specialist / Team Lead with strong expertise in Private Equity and Hedge Fund operations, including NAV calculation and international financial processes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Min 10+ years of overall experience in *Capital Markets / Fund Operations.
* 3–4 years of *Team Lead experience on paper with proven team-handling capabilities
* Hands-on experience in Private Equity Fund and Hedge Fund operations
* Solid knowledge of NAV Calculation, Fund Accounting & Valuation
* Experience handling international processes / global clients
* Good understanding of capital markets, fund operations and financial reporting
* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
* Ability to manage teams, review processes and ensure operational accuracy
**Qualification**
* B.Com – Mandatory
* MBA (Finance) – Preferred
* CA / CFA – Not Mandatory
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
