Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsman / Draughtswoman with strong technical drafting skills and hands-on experience working on high-rise residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, have a robust understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation, and be able to independently prepare accurate drawings while coordinating closely with architects, designers, engineers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, layouts, and other technical drawings as required.
- Work on high-rise residential and commercial projects from design development through execution.
- Interpret architectural designs, sketches, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings, revisions, and drawing documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly detailed,



and compliant with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Identify discrepancies or design coordination issues and communicate them to the relevant team.
- Maintain proper version control and documentation of drawings.
- Assist the design and project teams with technical drafting requirements and drawing modifications.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draughtsman / Draughtswoman.
- Mandatory experience working on high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and drafting standards.
- Ability to independently interpret and modify architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
