About the Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Soft Skills & Communication Faculty to conduct weekly training sessions for teachers over a period of 6 months.

The faculty will be responsible for conducting engaging, practical, and activity-based sessions focused on improving teachers’ communication, confidence, interpersonal skills, and professional behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions every Saturday for 6 months.
- Train teachers in communication and soft skills.
- Cover areas such as:
- Verbal & non-verbal communication
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Active listening
- Confidence building
- Interpersonal skills
- Teamwork
- Professional etiquette
- Effective classroom communication
- Conduct role plays, activities, discussions,



and practical exercises.
- Provide feedback and guidance to participants.
- Maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Requirements

- Experience in soft skills, communication, teacher training, or corporate training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable training groups of teachers.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to conduct practical and interactive sessions.
- Willingness to commit to the 6-month Saturday schedule.
- Trainers with experience in education, HR, communication, or related fields will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
