About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting talented professionals with the right career opportunities, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building a strong talent pipeline, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews through calls and virtual meetings.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Handle candidate documentation and assist with the onboarding process.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Create and post job advertisements across various hiring platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in IT, Software, or SaaS hiring will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
- Robust screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Basic knowledge of onboarding and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with strong coordination and organizational skills.
