We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, modern, and visually appealing digital experiences for our real-estate business and digital platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience who can independently handle the complete UI/UX design process — from understanding user requirements and creating wireframes to developing high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

The ideal candidate should have a solid design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to convert business requirements into simple, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. UI/UX Design

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and digital platforms.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Maintain consistency in layouts, typography, components, and visual elements.

2. User Experience

- Conduct basic user research and understand user requirements.
- Identify usability issues and suggest improvements.
- Create intuitive navigation and smooth user journeys.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.




- Review final implementations and ensure design consistency.

3. Collaboration

- Work closely with product, development, business, and management teams.
- Understand project requirements and provide creative design solutions.
- Present design concepts and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback and continuously improve designs.

4. Design System & Documentation

- Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Maintain design guidelines and documentation.
- Ensure consistency across different digital products and platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong knowledge of Figma is required.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Good knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience working on Real Estate, Property, Construction, Architecture, or similar industry projects will be an advantage.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, dashboards, mobile applications, or customer-facing digital platforms will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff processes will be an added advantage.
