Technical Operations ManagementOversee all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and elevator systems
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifecycle and minimize downtime
Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems
Coordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planning
Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead and mentor technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel
Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and vendors
Oversee contractor performance, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness
Develop and manage annual technical services budgets
Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
Manage environmental health and safety programs
Coordinate regulatory inspections and maintain required certifications
Implement and monitor safety protocols and training programs
Required QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
7-10+ years of experience in commercial facility management or technical services




3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of building systems and mechanical/electrical equipment

Understanding of building automation systems and energy management
Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
