Job Description

1. Review scope of work and segregate defect list department wise.

2. Estimate of manpower and resources as per production requirement.

3. Prepare PERT chart and detailed schedule with all the milestone dates for agreed scope of work.

4. co-ordinate with purchase and SCM department and ensure timely availability of man and materials.

5. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly plan.

6. Prepare S-Curve and monitor the progress.

7. Prepare and submit progress report to management and customer.

8. Monitor timely closure of work completion report in coordination with production team and SRM.

9. Identify the risk and prepare risk management plan and mitigation plan for the project.

10. Identify and propose better production methods, or improve supervision methods for improvements and timely completion of projects.

11. Identify the long lead items and coordinate with purchase department to ensure timely availability.
