About Bhavik ENT Care

Bhavik ENT Care is a well-established ENT & Head-Neck specialty clinic providing comprehensive ENT, pediatric ENT, voice, hearing, balance and procedural services.

We are looking for an experienced, sincere, responsible and clinically competent Staff Nurse to join our team and assist with patient care, OPD consultations, procedures and day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the doctor during OPD consultations, examinations and procedures.
- Assist the doctor during minor surgical and clinic-based procedures.
- Record patient vitals including BP, pulse, weight and other basic observations.
- Assist with blood collection and other basic clinical procedures when required.
- Prepare instrument trays for OPD procedures.
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize and autoclave instruments and gowns as per clinic protocols.
- Conduct scheduled sterilization and disinfection of the clinic and procedure areas.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control records.
- Maintain indents and stock of medicines, consumables, instruments and medical equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and requirements for replenishment.
- Ensure proper functioning, cleanliness and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Handle and dispose of biomedical waste according to applicable medical guidelines.
- Assist during ENT endoscopy procedures and record/edit endoscopy procedure clips.
- Maintain pathology records and related clinical documentation.
- Assist with home visits when required.
- Ensure the procedure room and clinical areas are clean,



organized and ready for patient care.
- Assist during emergencies within the clinic as directed by the doctor.
- Perform other duties relevant to the nursing role as assigned.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM qualified with valid registration as applicable.
- Experienced in a clinic, hospital, surgical centre or specialty clinic.
- Preferably has 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Knowledgeable about infection control, sterilization and biomedical waste management.
- Confident in assisting doctors during procedures.
- Good at patient handling and communication.
- Punctual, disciplined, sincere and well-presented.
- Proactive and able to take responsibility for assigned work.
- Comfortable working in a busy specialty-clinic workplace.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
