Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger)
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.)
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Handle TDS calculations, returns, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Income Tax and GST laws
- Assist in tax assessments, audits, and notices

Financial Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Audit & Documentation

- Assist internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings





Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
