We are looking for a proactive, technically oriented, and detail-focused ERP Administrator to manage and support the company's ERP systems, business applications, user access, workflows, data, and day-to-day system operations.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of business processes and ERP administration, with the ability to work closely with management and different functional teams to ensure that technology effectively supports business operations.
Knowledge of Bitrix24 will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the company's ERP and business management systems.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, access controls, and system configurations.
- Configure and maintain workflows, business processes, forms, fields, and automation.
- Support departments in effectively using ERP and business applications.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and operational issues.
- Troubleshoot user and system-related issues and coordinate with technical support when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data within the ERP system.
- Support CRM, sales, HR, finance, operations, and other business modules as applicable.
- Generate and maintain management reports, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Assist in implementing new ERP features, modules, integrations, and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, software providers, and implementation partners when required.
- Maintain system documentation, user guides, process documentation, and configuration records.
- Conduct basic user training and provide ongoing support to employees.
- Monitor data security, access controls, backups, and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist management in analysing business requirements and translating them into system requirements.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
- Perform other ERP, system administration, and business technology responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP administration, CRM administration, business application support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of business processes and workflow management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of databases, data management, and system administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot application and user-related issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and related business productivity tools.
