Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies.
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and networks.
- Build strong relationships with affiliates and publishers.
- Monitor campaigns, conversions, CPA, ROI, and revenue.
- Negotiate commissions and partnership terms.
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics and tracking tools.
- Coordinate with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams.
- Research new affiliate opportunities and market trends.
REQUIREMENT-
- Travel Industry experience preferred/required.
- 4+ years of experience in Affiliate/Performance Marketing. Knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking, CPA, ROI, and conversion optimization. Robust analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage.
