Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation supervision, commissioning, testing and successful handover of WTP, STP, ETP, RO and related treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute commissioning activities for WTP, STP, ETP, RO and wastewater treatment plants.
- Supervise installation, erection and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Electrical, O&M; and client teams.
- Conduct equipment testing, trial runs and performance checks.
- Check pumps, blowers, mixers, dosing systems, valves, piping and treatment equipment.
- Monitor plant operation during commissioning and identify technical issues.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and process-related problems
- Ensure commissioning activities are completed as per project specifications and schedule.
- Prepare commissioning reports, checklists, test records and handover documents.
- Train client/operators on plant operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at project sites.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors during installation and commissioning.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of WTP / STP / ETP / RO systems.
- Hands-on experience in plant erection and commissioning.
- Valuable knowledge of pumps, blowers, valves, piping and chemical dosing systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical panels, instrumentation and control systems.
- Ability to read P&ID;, GA drawings and engineering drawings.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Environmental or related Engineering discipline.

Experience

4–8 years of relevant experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant erection, commissioning and project execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹54,691.28 per month
