Job Description

- Manage and supervise complete furniture production operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly production plans and ensure targets are achieved.
- Manage supervisors, workers and production teams.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Quality, Sales and Dispatch teams.
- Check product quality and reduce rejection/rework.
- Monitor raw material usage and control wastage.
- Identify production delays and solve shop-floor problems.
- Maintain production reports and daily work records.
- Ensure proper workflow, discipline and safety on the factory floor.
- Improve productivity and reduce production costs.
