We are looking for Sr. Accounts Executive to manage our daily financial movements, including GST filing.

Job Summary

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts
- Location: Chennai, (Anna Nagar)
- Reports To: Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts & Taxation Duties

- Record daily transactions in accounting software like Tally or Zoho
- Prepare sales invoices and track outstanding customer payments.
- Process vendor bills and verify payment documentation.
- Prepare GST data and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.
- Reconcile bank statements at the end of every month.
- Answer phone calls and forward inquiries to team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounts, or Business Administration.
- Software Skill: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Tally (Preferred)
- Taxation Knowledge:



Clear understanding of GST laws and filing portals.
- Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
