Associate Director – Oracle Fusion Financials

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Director – Oracle Fusion Financials to lead Finance transformation engagements, shape client solutions, and provide strategic and functional leadership across Oracle Cloud Financials programs. The role combines deep Finance domain expertise, consulting leadership, solution architecture, client advisory, delivery governance, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion Financials transformation programs and provide functional leadership across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax and Expenses.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFO/Finance leadership and senior client stakeholders, assessing existing Finance processes and defining transformation roadmaps and technology solutions.
- Own the Finance solution strategy, functional architecture, design governance, and end-to-end solution integrity across complex programs.
- Lead business process assessments, requirement definition, fit-gap analysis, process optimization, and adoption of Oracle leading practices.
- Drive solution design across Finance, working closely with integration, technical, data migration, reporting, security, and other Oracle Cloud teams.
- Provide oversight and governance for configuration, data migration including FBDI, testing, deployment, and production readiness, ensuring alignment with the approved solution design.
- Develop value-creating strategies and operating models that help clients improve efficiency, drive growth, and enhance business profitability.
- Lead solution demonstrations, POCs/Proof of Technology workshops, proposals, RFP responses, effort estimation, and commercial solutioning.
- Contribute to account growth by identifying new opportunities,



transformation initiatives, and Oracle Cloud adoption opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Manage senior client relationships, project governance, escalations, and executive-level communications.
- Lead and mentor Finance functional teams, establish delivery standards, and build reusable methodologies and accelerators.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion capabilities, emerging technologies, Finance industry trends, and evolving business models to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure effective project governance, configuration/change management, financial management, and delivery quality across engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Financials, with significant experience leading large-scale Finance transformation programs.
- Expert-level functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Tax.
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Financial Close processes.
- Proven experience in Finance process transformation, solution architecture, fit-gap assessment, and Oracle Cloud solution design.
- Solid understanding of data migration, FBDI, integrations, reporting, and collaboration with technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into innovative, scalable technology solutions and business value.
- Strong client interfacing and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in project/team management, delivery governance, financial management, and commercial/pricing models.
- Experience with pre-sales, proposals, RFPs, effort estimation, POCs and solution development.
- Exposure to one or more industry domains and understanding of industry-specific Finance processes.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Awareness of Oracle Cloud roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
