KRA – Shift Supervisors | Bakery Background

- Overall shift operations management
- Solid knowledge of bakery products & production processes
- Product quality, taste & presentation monitoring
- Production planning as per sales/requirements
- Team management & staff allocation
- Staff attendance, discipline & productivity
- Recipe, SOP & quality standard compliance
- Raw material & inventory management
- FIFO/FEFO & proper storage monitoring
- Wastage, food cost & variance control
- Product availability & freshness monitoring
- Food safety, hygiene & sanitation compliance
- Customer complaints & service issue resolution
- Coordination with Bakery, Kitchen, Store & Operations
- Equipment & maintenance coordination
- Opening & closing shift supervision
- Daily sales, production, wastage & stock reporting




- Proper shift handover & communication
- Training and performance monitoring of bakery staff
- Achieving shift targets while maintaining product quality and cost control

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
