Experience : 5+ Yrs in Guest Relation, Customer Care, Front end Operations.

Work Location : Near Kengeri, Mysore Road, Bangalore.

Education : Graduation is Must.

Note : Kannada Speaking is Must.

Job Description :

- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and skilled manner.
- Assist guests with general inquiries (where applicable).
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and efficiently.
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure a memorable experience.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide information about facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Ensure the reception and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support guest engagement activities and events as required.
