Position Overview/Job Title: Content Writer & Storyline Developer

JFKC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer & Storyline Developer to create engaging learning content and transform it into interactive e-learning experiences. The role blends strong writing and storytelling skills with hands-on expertise in e-learning authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

- Research, plan, and write learner-friendly course content, scripts, blogs, and articles.
- Develop storyboards, case studies, assessments, and FAQs aligned with curriculum needs.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers for content quality and alignment.

E-Learning Development

- Build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.
- Convert storyboards into engaging courses with quizzes, animations,



and branching scenarios.
- Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility; troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Update and maintain existing e-learning modules.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, Instructional Technology, B Tech IT or a related field.
- Robust writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in educational content writing and e-learning development.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and LMS standards (SCORM/xAPI).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Preferred: Basic graphic design and HTML/CSS knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
