DESIGNIMATION is a premier, highly creative animation and motion graphics studio based in Porvorim, Goa. We are a specialized team of 5–6 experts operating on both a domestic and global scale. We strictly produce high-end screen content, LED backdrop animations, projection mapping, and motion graphics for major corporate launches, mega sports events, luxury destination weddings, and TV commercials (TVCs). We build the stunning visual media that powers massive screens for agencies worldwide.

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Business Development & Marketing Executive. Your main mission is to hunt for new business, build relationships, and secure content creation mandates. You will pitch our specialized studio services to premium event management companies, luxury wedding planners, and ad agencies both within India and across international markets (such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Western markets).

Key Responsibilities

Domestic Outreach: Network with top-tier event production houses and wedding designers in Indian hubs like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Goa.

Global Prospecting: Use digital outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns) to pitch our studio portfolio to international creative directors and global agencies.

Client Pitching & Demos: Show off DESIGNIMATION’s high-end showreel to potential clients via virtual video calls and local meetings.

Target Achievement:



Consistently meet monthly project acquisition and revenue goals across both domestic and international pipelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, agency marketing, corporate client servicing, or international sales.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) to seamlessly pitch to both Indian corporate heads and international clients.

Familiarity with digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms).

A basic understanding of video production, motion design, or the live event industry is highly preferred.

Self-motivated and highly comfortable working toward target-based incentives.

Work Model

Hybrid: Flexible remote work options to accommodate international time zones, with routine alignment and strategy check-ins at our Porvorim studio.

Salary & Target-Based Compensation

Base Fixed Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (fixed monthly retainer).

Target Incentive / Commission:

Domestic Projects: 8% to 10% commission on the total value of Indian projects closed.

International Projects: 5% to 7% commission on global projects closed (bringing in USD / EUR / AED).

Earning Potential: Because event screen content for sports leagues, high-end corporate launches, and luxury weddings carries massive production budgets, meeting your monthly targets will easily double or triple your take-home pay through commissions.
