We are urgently seeking skilled and proactive MERN Stack Team Lead with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience who can take end-to-end ownership of projects and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications within defined timelines and also assist junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Analyze business requirements, break them down into actionable tasks, estimate timelines, and actively participate in sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot application issues, implement enhancements, and optimize application performance.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and support their skill development.
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines, quality standards, and established development processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux and Context API.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with GraphQL
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of DevOps concepts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹47,483.15 - ₹80,251.54 per month
