MeenaGurnam is a women’s ethnic-wear brand operated by Sajjan Apparels Private Limited. The company designs, manufactures and retails Indian occasion wear through its own website, multi-designer marketplaces, exhibitions, wholesale relationships and other retail channels.

About the role

Business Operations & Process Improvement Lead will review and improve workflows across e-commerce operations, marketplace management, inventory, order fulfilment, pricing controls, customer service, production coordination, quality checks, returns, exhibitions and wholesale partnerships.

The role will work closely with management and different functional teams to identify operational gaps, develop standard operating procedures, establish performance indicators and implement practical improvements.

Key responsibilities

* Review and document existing business processes across sales, inventory, product listings, order processing, production coordination, quality control, fulfilment, returns and customer service.

* Map end-to-end workflows, analyse operating data and identify delays, duplicated activities, control weaknesses and communication gaps.

* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, checklists, templates and document-control practices.

* Establish and monitor processes for maintaining accurate and consistent product pricing across the MeenaGurnam website, Aza, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop and other marketplaces.

* Develop dashboards and monthly management reports covering sales, gross margins, inventory ageing, order turnaround time, returns, cancellations and marketplace performance.





* Conduct root-cause reviews of recurring operational problems and coordinate corrective actions with the responsible teams.

* Lead cross-functional improvement projects involving merchandising, production, e-commerce, customer service, finance and external service providers.

* Establish and monitor measurable service standards for order processing, customer communication, product dispatch and returns.

* Evaluate website developers, e-commerce agencies, logistics providers and other vendors against agreed deliverables and performance indicators.

* Design and improve operational processes for exhibitions, consignment arrangements, wholesale partnerships and export orders.

* Support the selection and implementation of reporting, CRM, inventory and workflow-management systems.

* Train employees on newly implemented procedures and monitor the adoption and effectiveness of process changes.

* Conduct periodic process reviews and present progress, outstanding issues and improvement recommendations to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, commerce or a related discipline.

* Two to five years of experience in business operations, process improvement, business analysis, compliance, audit, quality systems or project coordination.

* Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, dashboards or corrective-action plans.

* Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical and reporting skills.

* Ability to coordinate projects involving multiple departments and external vendors.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience in apparel, manufacturing, retail or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
