Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, supervise, and assign shifts to the ICU nursing staff. Mentoring junior staff and providing on-duty clinical guidance.

Operational Oversight: Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and smooth ICU discharge processes.

Quality & Infection Control: Maintain and strictly implement NABH/hospital infection control standards and safety protocols.

Resource Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of emergency medicines, life-support equipment, and critical care supplies.

Interdisciplinary Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between intensivists, doctors, families, and management for integrated care.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (Must be registered with the State Nursing Council).

Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience in an intensive care setting (ICU/CCU/HDU), with at least 12 years in a leadership/Incharge/Senior Charge Nurse capacity.

Key Skills: Team management, emergency triage, ICU equipment management, NABH documentation guidelines, and calm crisis resolution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
